The policy deals with cookies and personal data, which are collected and processed via our CRM system, mailing service for newsletters and associated IT systems. Data is collected through trade with Axlab A/S and using our websites, newsletters, satisfaction surveys, competitions, questionnaires, analysis programs and other similar solutions used for service and communication with customers and persons who are in contact with Axlab A/S.

2. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect and use personal information when you fill out forms on our website and when you purchase services or products from us.
Personal information is used to provide the service for which the information is collected. In addition, the information is used to gain greater knowledge of our customers and other stakeholders, among other things with a view to targeting our marketing to the individual customers and stakeholders.

In connection with our processing of personal data, we use selected external data processors who have entered into a data processor agreement with Axlab A/S and only process data in accordance with our instructions. Personal information will not be passed on to third parties unless you expressly consent to this.

2.1 WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED AND HOW LONG IS IT STORED?

We collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location, and which pages you click on (interests).

To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this by marking acceptance of our terms for processing personal data, and entering / handing over the information yourself, are also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, company name, title, and information about your purchases from us.

The information is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the information and the background of storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.

2.2 CONTACT REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the opportunity and right to gain insight into what information has been registered about you, and you can object to a registration or have your information deleted in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act and the EU’s Personal Data Regulation.

Subscribing to our newsletter and course activities is completely voluntary. By subscribing to newsletters or course activities, you also agree to our processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
